Apple Pie Smoothie

Apple smoothie is very grateful for breakfast and especially for your pre-workout snacks. If you use this smoothie precisely 30 minutes before your workout, you will feel incredible energy in your body, actively and happily passing your day in the gym.

I called this smoothie healthy on an essential basis because it is loaded with healthy fats, Increases crabs for energy, and will help you in muscle building. Ingredients Required

Apple: You can use any kind of apple for this but try to use more juicy and sweet apples for this. Also can use the apple puree/paste anything you save. I will recommend using fresh apples for a more delicious flavour.

Peanut Butter: Peanut butter is a lovely ingredient and uses in every smoothie like potato is used with every vegetable to enhance the flavour. The combination of peanut butter with apple enlarges the taste of this smoothie. You can choose another flavour of butter, like almond and chew it too.

Milk: Most important ingredient you need to use the chilled milk, and taking any kind of milk, is totally up to you. I would love to use the regular milk but chilled; that will give my smoothie more forthy. There is an option, and you can use coconut milk for creaminess.

Cinnamon: This is the best and most healthy ingredient because cinnamon may help to reduce blood pressure. You can take it as an extra flavour. According to your taste instincts, you can use ginger too.

Natural Yogurt: This will make your smoothie more creamy and Yummy! Also, using yoghurt is very healthy in your daily life.

Topping: Smoothie will be incomplete if you skip this part, you can consider this and add extra bounties. If you love simple toppings so, add the whipped cream, caramel syrup (any desirable flavour), and a slice of apple (dipped in the chocolate).

Instructions To make

Step One: Cut an apple into slices and add to the blender.

Step Two: Add one cup of milk, a pinch Of cinnamon, and peanut butter to the blender.

Step Three: Add two tbs of yoghurt (you can set the quantity according to your desire).

Step Four: Add some chocolate syrup for flavour (optional).

Step Five: Blend All the ingredients well until they look like a smooth and creamy smoothie.
