  • Cornflour: 3 tbsp or as required

Method to prepare hot and sour vegetable soup

  • Add oil to a pan and let it heat a bit.
  • Add garlic, ginger and green chilis. Mix it well for 1 minute.
  • Add the white part of the green onion and saute for 2 minutes or until translucent.
