Pizza without an oven

Ingredients:
Children are always ready to eat pizza, whether they find something or not, mom orders pizza, but it would be nice to make pizza yourself at home without an oven and at low cost, fun and delicious.
Composition:

  • First, mix three cups of flour, half a cup of milk, two spoons of nutmeg, one spoon of sugar, one cup of oil and yeast soaked in one cup of warm water and knead it like dough and prepare the pizza dough.

  • Make a loaf of the kneaded pizza dough and place it in a pan and spread it in a pan size so that the dough is spread in the shape of a round circle. Cook on both sides.
  • Then, on top of this dough, add cooked chicken, three spoons of tomato ketchup, two spoons of fine cheese, chopped four to five green chilies, half a chopped onion, one spoon of chopped red chilies, layer cheese again, and ketchup again. put
  • Now place the tawa on the stove and place this pan on top of it, sprinkle a tablespoon of oil around the pan and let this stuff cook on the stove for eight to twelve minutes. Let’s get your pan pizza ready.

Essential Tips:

  • Cook the pizza dough and all the ingredients completely on low heat.
  • In making chicken masala you can add taka masala, korma masala or any flavor you like.
  • If you want plain ketchup in pizza, add it otherwise chili sauce will be better.
