Turkish Breakfast Recipe

I am glad to represent the delicious Turkish breakfast recipe in a unique style. This is a special omelet and easy to make in different steps. Still, the taste of this delightful Turkish omelet is very yummy and different in taste; that will take you relief after the taste.

I know people are so fed up after eating old-style omelets for breakfast, but my Turkish-style omelet recipe comes with a new style. You can easily make it by using home base ingredients; no need to add or by complex ingredients. So you can try my recipe at home and enjoy it in just after few seconds.

  • Here need to take two medium potatoes and boil them. Potatoes are ubiquitous and must be used in every recipe, so that’s why I don’t want to skip this from my recipe :).
  • The omelet is not going to be complete without eggs. So for a family, you can use six eggs, and for two members, use four eggs.
  • Take fresh bread slices.
  • Add one big-size tomato and chopped in a small size. This looks very amazing and is also yummy because it enhances the flavor.
  • Use one onion and chopped in a small size.
  • Add Salt (according to your taste).
  • Add pepper for flavor.
  • Chopped green chili in small sizes.
  • Chopped onion.
  • Two Green chilies. 
  • Add a pinch of spice (garam Masla).
  • Add a pinch of coriander powder.
  • Add olive, but it is (optional if you love to add, you can add it).

All of these ingredients are available all-time at home and you can easily make your omelet and enjoy it within just a few minutes. You can also say it instant omelet yummy recipe.

How to make Yummy Turkish Omelet at Home?

To make a yummy delicious by following my step so you can get the same taste as me. Have a quick look and must try it at your home.

  1. You first need to peel off the potatoes and add them to cold water. So that the taste will not go.
  2. It is more authentic if you boiled the potatoes and then add them to the recipe.
  3. Need to take a bowl to mix the all ingredients in it.

Add the onion, Salt, pepper, chopped green chili, and boiled potatoes, all of the ingredients are very common and easily available at home. So you can make this Turkish-style omelet for breakfast just in a few minutes. Now next must read the step on how to cook.

How to make the Turkish Style Omelette?

I am delighted to share my recipe with just a few understandable steps so you can easily follow and cook. Please read the step carefully and make the recipe taste just like mine! Now have a great look at these steps one by one.

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl according to the recipe quantity.
  2. Take Onin and chop it into small sizes and also add the boiled potatoes.
  3. After that, add all the spices, such as salt, pepper, and green chili (must be chopped in small sizes), and add spice and coriander powder.
  4. Mix the already added ingredients and add the eggs. After that, whisk them well, without lumps.
  5. Then, you need to take a non-stick pan and add the two tablespoons of oil in it, and heat up the oil on low flame.
  6. When the oil is thoroughly heated, take a single slice of bread, put it in the pan, take the egg mixture, and add to the bread slice.
  7. Now, flip the bread slice and start pressing the slice slightly. Once the egg is attached to the bread, flip the other side of the bread and follow the same process.
  8. Once it cooks well, take the slice off to the serving plate. 
  9. Cook the slices of the bread, how many you want to eat, and what your family member.
  10. Now it’s time to serve. You can eat it with ketchup.
