How to Make Eggplant Fritters?

  1. Prepare the Mixture:

Have a quick review of a yummy recipe. Take a bowl in which you can quickly dip the slices of brinjal or aubergines. Also need to take all dry ingredients like salt, red chilli powder, celery, gram flour (besan), hot spices mixture, corn flour, coriander powder, and turmeric powder. Mix them well.

  • After that, you must take the ?  cup of water and add the mixture to the bowl according to consistency.

Necessary instruction: The essential step to follow is that everyone does not consider it necessary, but it affects the taste of the yummy recipe.  No need to add more water to the mixture because the coating of the brinjal slices will be wrong. You need to make the mixture thick, so it will easily coat the eggplant slices.

  • Prepare the mixture well without lumps. Add water if required; otherwise, whisk them well.
  • Slicing and Better Coating: Now it’s time to cut the brinjal into slices in whatever shape you like. Some people love to make slices in a circle, but I love to cut them length-wise, like french fries.
  • The most amazing part is just taking your slices one by one and coating them properly.
  • Time to Fry Eggplant Fritters: here, we need to heat up the oil in a pan. When the oil is hot in medium, you just need to put the brinjal slices in the pan. You can use any neutral oil for this and whatever you use daily.
  • Flip the one side if these are golden brown and crispy, and do the same for another side. And cook them until the colour is golden and crispy.
  • With the help of a slotted spoon, drain the fritters’ oil and remove them from the pan.
  • Just this way, fry all the remaining slices of brinjals and enjoy.
  • You can serve these fritters with any sauce or spices you want to eat them.
